✔ Hold a master’s degree in psychology, sports & performance psychology, or a related field

✔ Are working toward CMPC certification (or other credentials) or already certified

✔ Practice what they preach—prioritizing their own mental fitness and growth

✔ Want to avoid branding, marketing, and overhead costs of running a solo business

✔ Are self-motivated and proactive in growing their client base

✔ Are willing to contribute content (blog, video, post, or resource) monthly to support brand growth

How It Works

  • Independent 1099 Contractor under the Kaizen Catalyst brand

  • Keep Majority of earnings – A small portion of your fees go into branding, marketing and infrastructure

  • Set your own rates and schedule – full flexibility

  • Contribute at least two (2) content piece/month (blog, video, or post) for brand growth and exposure

  • We handle marketing and brand positioning – you focus on coaching

  • Manage your own taxes & finances – full financial independence
