Given the customized nature of these products and the logistics of our booking system, we adhere to specific cancellation, return, and refund policies outlined below.

1. Service Cancellation Policy

(a) General Cancellation: You are free to cancel any scheduled meetings or sessions. We appreciate advance notice wherever possible to accommodate the needs of all our clients.

(b) Late Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting time, a cancellation fee will be applied. This fee is necessary to cover the reserved time and potential lost opportunities. The fee amount will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

2. Product Purchase Policy

(a) No Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products once an order is placed.
